30 years as an independent player on the PGM market have come to an end. The first of February the assets of Arc Metal AB was acquired by BASF – Environmental Catalyst and Metal Solutions (ECMS). As a result of that, all the production capacity and employees have been transferred to the new company BASF Metals Sweden AB.
Arc Metal AB is remaining as a company without any operations.
